Fornirama 3745 2-Piece Off-White Reclining Sectional with Adjustable Headrest Set

Frames are of prime quality hardwood and plywood. Absolutely no pressed wood is used in our manufacture.

All joints are solidly glued and screwed together. For this reason our frames have a life time warranty.

Only extremely high-density foam is used: 2.6 on fabric and leather.

Our leather furniture is exclusively of full grain. We do not spray on colour, nor do we employ leathers that wear out quickly.

Tailoring is the finest commercially available. While this will not affect comfort, it will enhance any living room.

Our webbing has the most resilience and more tensile strength.

The Fornirama commitment to quality begins with raw materials. Frames are constructed of (prime quality) hardwood, eliminating warping and splitting in the final product. Frame components are cut, shaped and assembled by hand. All joints are hand-fitted and solidly glued & screwed together.

Most manufacturers attach frames with wire staples, at Fornirama, frames are securely screwed together, to provide a lifetime of durable comfort.

Fornirama uses only the finest quality 2.6 density foam, compared with 2.0 or 2.2 foam commonly found in production furniture, ensuring deep-seating comfort for many years to come. Foam is cut and attached by hand, adding to the well-tailored look of the final product.

Seating platforms are constructed of highly resilient webbing and solidly affixed springs. The technicians realize that a sound job here will eliminate service problems in the future, and that a reputation for reliability affords job security for everyone.

While frames are assembled, the upholstery shop is busy measuring and cutting. The upholstery shop employs a highly skilled and experienced team that enjoys the latest technologies available. In manufacturing, no expense is spared, from waxed thread, that won’t unravel while being inversely unwound from the bobbin, to long-lasting full grain leathers. Fornirama uses only the highest quality components.

On the main assembly floor, frame and fabric are united. Like tailors, expert upholsterer’s hand-fit the specified covering to each individual frame. This is a task made easy due to the caring, precision work of the frame assembly and sewing departments.

Founded in 1975 by Bruno Morabito, Fornirama has grown to become one of Montreal’s leading furniture manufacturer and over the last 40 years, has developed their collections of sofas, armchairs and home furniture’s into a brand that is recognized all over North America. Although Fornirama has grown, there mindset is still the same as the first day that they opened their doors; that a sofa is an investment and that comfort, style and quality of materials will give their customers a better life! A Better Quality For A Better Life!
